As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in all aspects of computer hardware, software, and networking. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Educate clients on the proper use of computer equipment and software programs
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions and technical issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality support services

Salary: 1600$ per month (without accommodation)
