Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Os, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, open to both men and women without accommodation requirements. A biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Perform routine maintenance on computers and networks
- Train users on basic computer skills and best practices
- Keep track of inventory for hardware and software
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or IT department

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong technical background with knowledge of operating systems, hardware components, and networking protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport preferred but not mandatory
