Body Repair Master



We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Body Repair Master to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of repairs needed
- Determine the most efficient and cost-effective repair methods
- Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections using specialized equipment and techniques
- Replace or repair damaged parts, such as fenders, doors, and bumpers
- Weld or bond pieces together to create structural repairs
- Sand, prime, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards
- Keep track of materials used and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in welding, bonding, sanding, priming, and painting
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Auto Body Repair or related field
- Experience working with various makes and models of vehicles
- Familiarity with computerized estimating systems
- Team player with good communication skills
