Office Assistant in Nizwa, Oman
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Nizwa, Oman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth daily operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and maintaining financial records
- Keep the office clean and organized at all times
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred, but freshers are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
