Office Assistant (Contract)

We are in need of an efficient and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office. This role is perfect for an individual who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and has excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing office supplies, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining a tidy and welcoming office space.

To be successful in this position, you should have at least one year of experience working in an office environment and possess strong computer skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
