We are seeking an experienced and skilled Architecture Manager to lead our team in Beer-Sheva. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conception to completion. This includes managing a team of architects and coordinating with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure that all architectural designs meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to determine project needs, budgets, and timelines
- Oversee the creation of detailed architectural plans, including blueprints, models, and computer-generated images
- Review project progress regularly to ensure designs are on track and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure optimal design solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both clients and colleagues

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
