Position: Architecture Manager
Salary: $1400/month
Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects, designers, and contractors to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion
- Review and approve design proposals and construction documents
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
