Architecture Manager



We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in the US. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This includes managing project budgets, timelines, and teams of architects and engineers.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work with diverse teams and clients
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple architectural projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Lead a team of architects and engineers
- Review project designs and provide feedback
- Oversee construction progress
- Conduct site visits as needed
- Communicate updates to all parties involved

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1800 per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is based in the US. Preference will be given to candidates who are already located within the country.
