IT Manager



We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's technical infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining software and hardware systems, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our network.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and maintain an annual budget for the IT department
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure the security of company data by implementing proper protocols and procedures
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide timely solutions
- Continuously evaluate and improve our technology systems to increase efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed decisions for the company's IT strategy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing a team and implementing successful technology strategies
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security protocols, and data management systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical information to non-technical colleagues
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation for employees who do not currently reside in Os.
