We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Os, a bustling city known for its vibrant culture and stunning landscapes. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations of our company, ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of our systems.

Key responsibilities:
- Plan, implement and manage all aspects of the company's IT infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and security.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to ensure business continuity.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology to ensure our systems are always up-to-date and functioning optimally.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
- Oversee the budgeting process for IT projects and expenses.
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to information security.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, databases, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent leadership skills with a strong ability to motivate a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
