IT Manager


As the IT Manager at our company in Os, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and infrastructure. We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual who can ensure the efficient and effective operation of our IT department. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems
- Manage and maintain our hardware, software, networks, and other technology resources
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for new systems or upgrades
- Monitor system performance to ensure maximum uptime and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously enhance our systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
