Experienced Handyman for Home Repairs and Maintenance in Clairvaux



We are in search of an experienced Handyman to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to home repairs and maintenance. This job is suitable for men who have previous experience working in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other general handyman duties
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues and address them promptly
- Install fixtures and appliances as needed
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner and provide quality workmanship
- Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of basic repair techniques in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain issues and solutions clearly
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders
- Valid biometric passport (for foreigners)
- Fluent in English (for English speaking jobs)
- Ability to work without accommodation

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
