Shaper Supervisor

As a Shaper Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the shaping process of materials and ensuring that quality standards are met. This role is based in Nairobi and is suitable for Egyptian professionals who are looking for a full-time job without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the shaping process of materials, including cutting, molding, and bending
- Ensure that all shaped materials meet quality standards
- Train and supervise a team of shapers to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials
- Troubleshoot any issues with the shaping process and implement solutions
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate production schedules

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a shaper or similar role
- Knowledge of different shaping techniques and tools
- Familiarity with quality control procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month.
