Commercial Architect - Triesen, Egypt


We are in need of a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Triesen, Egypt. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, hotels, and industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for their commercial projects.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow.
- Oversee the entire building process to ensure that it meets design standards, budget restrictions, and building codes.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect with a strong portfolio of completed commercial projects.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Triesen, Egypt. We welcome applicants from all nationalities.

This job does not require fluency in English. However, proficiency in English is preferred.
