Senior Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architecture Manager to join our dynamic team in Acre. As the leader of our architecture department, you will be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing project plans, creating design concepts, and overseeing the entire design process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and proven experience in managing large-scale projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month, including accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of architects to ensure successful completion of all projects
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion
- Ensure that all designs meet industry standards and client requirements
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project needs and provide innovative solutions
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor and train junior architects on best practices and industry trends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Ability to speak English fluently
