Junior Florist


The Junior Florist will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of floral design and creation at our floral boutique in the beautiful coastal city of Malindi. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for freshers or those looking to start a career in floristry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with creating and arranging floral designs for various events and occasions
- Prepare flowers by trimming, conditioning, and arranging them in vases or containers
- Maintain inventory of floral supplies and equipment
- Clean and maintain work area to ensure a safe and organized environment
- Assist with customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations
- Participate in training sessions to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry trends

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and floral design
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills (English fluency preferred)
- Must have a valid visa to work in Malindi (sponsorship not provided)

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
