Bank Teller - Customer Service Representative
Location: Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking a friendly, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Bank Teller in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with their banking needs. This position is open to Filipinos who are fluent in English and are looking for entry-level opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their banking transactions
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately
- Answer inquiries about bank products and services
- Promote bank products and services to customers
- Ensure that all transactions are conducted in compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be a Filipino national currently residing in Al-Khor or willing to relocate
- No previous experience required - we will provide training on the job
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
