Courier Assistant

Our courier company in El-Ain is seeking a dedicated and reliable Courier Assistant to join our team. As a Courier Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our couriers in delivering packages and documents to various locations in a timely and efficient manner. This is an entry-level position suitable for freshers or non-English speakers as no language proficiency is required. However, candidates must possess basic communication skills and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist couriers in loading and unloading packages onto delivery vehicles
- Accompany couriers on delivery routes and help with navigation
- Collect payment from customers when required
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status
- Assist with general warehouse duties, such as sorting packages and organizing inventory

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy packages repeatedly throughout the day
- Basic communication skills in English or Malayalam for effective customer interaction
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary
