Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sharjah. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with contractors, engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
-Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with the project team
-Coordinate and manage all phases of the construction process
-Hire and supervise subcontractors and other construction workers
-Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
-Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project timelines
-Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
-Manage project budgets and make cost-effective decisions
-Handle any issues or delays that may arise during construction
-Ensure that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
-In-depth knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and safety protocols
-Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
-Familiarity with project management software
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
-Flexibility to work irregular hours if needed

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility for extension)
