Architecture Manager - Indian Nationals Preferred


We are a leading architecture firm located in Clairvaux, seeking an experienced and qualified Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will lead a team of architects and collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success. Your strong leadership skills and attention to detail will be crucial in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure project success
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts
- Create project timelines and budgets, ensuring they are adhered to throughout the project
- Oversee the production of architectural drawings and specifications
- Review project plans and provide feedback on design feasibility and functionality
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and management
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to travel for site visits as needed

This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month. This role is suitable for men who have experience in architecture management. Indian nationals are preferred but all qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
