Entry Level Debt Collector
As an Entry Level Debt Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses who have outstanding debts and collecting payments on behalf of our company. This role is perfect for someone who is looking to break into the debt collection industry and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:
- Contact debtors via phone, email or mail to collect payments
- Negotiate payment plans if necessary
- Keep accurate records of all communication with debtors
- Provide excellent customer service while handling sensitive information
- Meet monthly collection targets

Requirements:
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Indian national preferred, but not required
- No prior experience in debt collection required
- Must have a valid visa to work in Mombasa without sponsorship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Salary: $1000 per month

Location: Mombasa, Kenya
