Indian Collector in Mombasa



We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Indian Collector to join our team in Mombasa. As a Collector, you will be responsible for collecting payments from clients, maintaining accurate records of payments and outstanding balances, and communicating with clients to resolve any payment issues.

Salary:
1800$ per month

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality
- Fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages
- Full-time availability
- No previous experience required
- Must have own visa for working in Kenya
- Suitable for men

Responsibilities:
- Contact clients via phone calls, emails or letters to collect payments
- Update and maintain accurate records of payments and outstanding balances
- Negotiate payment plans with clients who are unable to pay in full
- Follow up with clients on past due accounts and resolve any payment issues
- Keep track of delinquent accounts and report them to the management team
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while communicating with clients

Skills/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
