Architectural Designer - Contract Position (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Herzliya on a contract basis. As an Indian national, you will bring a unique perspective to our diverse team and contribute your skills and expertise to our projects. This position is open to women, with accommodation and a free visa and ticket provided.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models for various construction projects. You must have prior experience in the field, as well as strong technical skills in CAD software and other design programs. Attention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Review and revise designs based on client feedback
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology

Requirements:

- Indian nationality with a valid passport
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Experience with 3D modeling software (Revit or SketchUp)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
