Android Developer for Mobile Applications

We are seeking an innovative and skilled Android Developer to join our team in Bergen. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for both our clients and internal projects. You will work closely with the design and product teams to ensure a seamless user experience and will also collaborate with other developers to continuously improve our development processes.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop advanced Android applications using the latest technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and fix bugs in a timely manner
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of Java and the Android SDK
- Experience working with RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience developing apps for both phone and tablet form factors
- Knowledge of Kotlin programming language
- Understanding of Material Design principles

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Bergen, Norway
