We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion. Your main duties will include managing budgets and timelines, hiring and supervising contractors and laborers, and ensuring project quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and laborers
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with clients on project updates and changes
