Surveyor - Land Development (Khasab, Oman)


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team for land development projects in Khasab, Oman. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping out land areas for construction and development purposes. This position requires strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Gather data through field observations, measurements, and other methods
- Analyze data to create accurate maps and drawings of land areas
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Keep detailed records of surveying activities and results
- Prepare reports and presentations on survey findings for clients or project stakeholders
- Adhere to safety protocols while working in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in land development projects
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or Trimble Business Center
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members from different backgrounds

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. The working hours are from 8am to 5pm Sunday through Thursday. This job is open only for Indian nationals without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Oman.
