Handyman for Property Maintenance in Siauliai



We are in need of a skilled Handyman to join our team in Siauliai. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties in the city. This is a perfect opportunity for individuals who are looking for a steady job with competitive pay.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed
- Install and repair appliances, fixtures, and furniture
- Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance work
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests
- Communicate with property management to provide updates on progress and completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Own visa or ability to obtain one is required
