We are in need of a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Os. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning commercial buildings and structures such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and requirements, creating detailed plans and blueprints, and overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of commercial building codes and regulations, as well as experience in project management. You should also possess excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and concepts to clients and contractors.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans and blueprints for commercial buildings and structures
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design issues that may arise
- Review project budgets and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of commercial building codes and regulations
- Experience in project management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
