Barista

As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and prepare drinks according to our standards. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry
- Must have knowledge of different types of coffee and espresso-based drinks
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must be eligible to work in Vianden

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm smile and provide exceptional customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to our recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment properly
- Ensure the cleanliness of the bar area, including all equipment, tools, and supplies
- Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders when needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times

Salary: 1300$ per month
