Job Title: Slinger - Full Time (Indians preferred)



We are a growing construction company based in Osijek, seeking a motivated and experienced Slinger to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

As a Slinger, you will play a crucial role in our operations by moving materials and equipment around the job site safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for attaching, securing, and lifting heavy loads using cranes or other hoisting equipment.

Requirements:
- Must have prior experience as a Slinger in the construction industry
- Ability to operate cranes and other hoisting equipment safely and effectively
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills
- Indian nationality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Perform daily safety checks on all equipment before use
- Attach loads to rigging to provide support or prepare them for moving using hand signals or radio communication with crane operators
- Ensure proper positioning of loads and secure them using chains, cables, or slings
- Direct crane operators in lifting, moving, and placing materials according to instructions from supervisors or the blueprint layout
- Assist in the setup and dismantling of cranes on job sites
