Tiler Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of tilers on various projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of tilers
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects
- Train new tilers on company procedures and safety guidelines
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met
- Communicate with clients and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintain inventory of tools and materials needed for each project
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure team members do the same

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a tiler, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of various tiling techniques and materials
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and create detailed plans for tiling projects
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials as needed

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (preference for Indian candidates)
