We are a rapidly growing company in the tech industry seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, ensuring their security, integrity, and performance.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain database systems
- Monitor database performance and make necessary improvements
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies
- Ensure data security and integrity
- Collaborate with developers to optimize database design for new applications
- Train employees on proper use of databases

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficiency with SQL and database management tools (e.g. Oracle, MySQL)
- Strong understanding of database architecture, data structures, and data modeling
- Experience with database security protocols and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in Database Administration (e.g. Oracle Certified Professional)
- Experience working with cloud-based databases (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python, Perl)

Salary:
$1500 per month
