IT Support Specialist


Our company, based in Triesen, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, setting up new systems, and maintaining network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science and excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time contract position with a salary of $1500 per month, with the possibility of visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide timely solutions
- Install and maintain computer systems including hardware and software
- Perform routine maintenance on network infrastructure
- Set up new computers and mobile devices for clients
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed
- Document all support activities for future reference
- Continuously update knowledge of new technology trends and developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Familiarity with hardware components such as routers, switches, and servers
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
