We are seeking a responsible and experienced Babysitter to join our family in Moscow, Russia. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision for children in the absence of their parents. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children
- Supervise and monitor the safety of the children at all times
- Prepare meals and snacks for the children according to their dietary needs
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities to promote physical, social, and intellectual development
- Maintain open and clear communication with parents regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns that may arise
- Administer first aid or medication if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the children's care

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of child development and behavior management techniques
- Understanding of safety guidelines and procedures for children of different ages
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent (early childhood education or related field is preferred)
- CPR/First Aid certification is preferred
