Baker Assistant

Our bakery in Moscow is seeking a talented and dedicated Baker Assistant to join our team. As a Baker Assistant, you will assist in the preparation and baking of a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for baking who is looking to gain experience and learn from our experienced bakers.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings
- Operate various baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough rollers
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are cooked to perfection
- Decorate and garnish baked goods as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Fluent in English language
- No prior experience necessary; training will be provided on the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
