Restaurant Manager for Malayalees and Filipinos in Bungoma
We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Bungoma. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality customer service, and managing a diverse team of Malayalee and Filipino employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure high-quality service and adherence to company standards
- Create work schedules and manage payroll for employees
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role is required
- Must be fluent in Malayalam or Tagalog, with basic knowledge of English preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. This is a temporary position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have at least a high school diploma (12 pass) and be legally authorized to work in Bungoma.
