Administrator - Bergen, Norway
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks and supporting our team in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with bookkeeping and data entry tasks
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Norwegian is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
