Sales Representative - Svalbard
As a Sales Representative for our company in Svalbard, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on building new business opportunities and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients
- Understand the needs of clients and provide solutions that best fit their requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and excellent customer service
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitors' activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for business growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role in the B2B sector
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus commission on sales. Additional benefits include paid training, performance bonuses, and opportunities for career growth within the company.
Location:
This position is based in Svalbard. Relocation assistance is not provided for this role.
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. However, flexibility may be required for occasional evening or weekend events.
