A reputable fitness center in Alta is seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized exercise plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients of various fitness levels. Your passion for health and fitness will inspire and motivate clients to reach their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and consultations with clients
- Design individualized exercise programs based on client's goals, abilities, and preferences
- Provide safe and effective instruction during personal training sessions
- Continuously monitor and track client's progress, making necessary adjustments to their program when needed
- Educate clients on proper form, technique, and nutrition to maximize results
- Maintain a clean and organized workout area

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training from a recognized organization (e.g. NASM, ACE)
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and encourage clients
- Knowledgeable about various types of exercises, equipment, and training methods
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month plus bonuses based on client retention. Our team also receives ongoing training opportunities to continuously improve their skills.
