Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Concierge Assistant to join our team in Siauliai. As a Concierge Assistant, you will provide exceptional service to our guests and assist with various tasks to ensure their satisfaction. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it an ideal opportunity for those with other commitments.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Provide information about the local area and tourist attractions
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Make reservations for dining, transportation, and other services as requested by guests
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Fluent in Nepali (no English required)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1000$ per month (based on experience)
