Architectural Designer
Location: Wiltz, Luxembourg



We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our growing team in Wiltz. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional building designs for our clients. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with project managers to understand client requirements and create design concepts
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Prepare design proposals, specifications, and cost estimates
- Review construction plans to ensure they meet building codes, zoning regulations, and client requirements
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
