We are a successful architecture firm in Os looking for a part-time Architectural Technologist to join our team. This position is suitable for men and does not require any previous experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and design, as well as technical skills in drafting, 3D modeling, and construction documentation.

Responsibilities:
- Assist architects with creating detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Prepare construction documents and specifications for client projects
- Conduct site visits and assist with project coordination
- Collaborate with other team members to develop innovative design solutions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and building codes

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong technical skills in drafting, 3D modeling, and construction documentation
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. We are looking for someone who can commit to 20 hours per week.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this part-time role.

Our office is located in the bustling city of Os. The candidate must be willing to work in our office space.
