Job Title: Architectural Technologist - Design and Drafting Specialist

Our architectural firm in the vibrant city of Os is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team as a Design and Drafting Specialist. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and drafting of various architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure accuracy of drawings
- Review building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with project designs
- Create 3D models to assist with visualizations and presentations
- Assist with project coordination, including liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, commensurate with experience.
