Sales Representative (Alta, Norway)


We are hiring a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Alta, Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products or services to potential customers. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers by cold calling, networking and attending industry events
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for increasing sales
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Representative in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory

Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of 1300$ per month along with commission on sales. We also provide accommodation for our employees. Additionally, we offer free visa sponsorship and cover the cost of travel tickets.
