Dietitian - Nutrition Consultant

As a Dietitian - Nutrition Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert nutrition advice and support to clients in the city of Khasab. Your primary role will be to assess the dietary needs of clients and develop personalized nutrition plans to help them achieve their health goals. You will also provide education and counseling on healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting individualized assessments of clients' nutritional needs and creating customized meal plans
- Educating and counseling clients on the importance of proper nutrition for overall health
- Monitoring clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to their meal plans as needed
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Staying updated on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
- Providing support and guidance to clients in making healthier food choices
- Promoting healthy eating habits through community outreach programs or workshops

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian from an accredited institution
- Experience working as a dietitian or nutritionist preferred, but not required
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and food allergies/intolerances
- Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and counsel clients from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Fluency in Nepali or Swahili is preferred, but not required
- Must have valid own visa/work permit
- Experience working with women or conducting workshops for women is an asset

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 900$ per month.
