Factory Machine Operator
Location: Nakuru, Kenya
Salary: $1200 per month (with accommodation)


A reputable factory in Nakuru is seeking a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working with machines in a factory setting and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery according to company standards and safety protocols
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them running smoothly
- Keep accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies or issues to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating machines in a factory setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and overtime if needed
