As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and installing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. You will work closely with our team to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a contract position that is open to Filipino nationals, English-speaking individuals, and those who have their own visa. This is also a great opportunity for students looking for part-time work.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials required for a project
- Measure, cut, shape, and join materials using hand or power tools
- Inspect and repair damaged structures or fixtures
- Install structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, windows, doors
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills in English

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
