Executive Chef - Filipino Cuisine (English Speaking)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef who specializes in Filipino cuisine to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an English speaking establishment, we require a candidate who is fluent in both English and Tagalog.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menu items that showcase the unique flavors and techniques of Filipino cuisine
- Ensure high-quality food production and presentation, while maintaining consistency and adhering to food safety standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and recipes for Filipino dishes
- Oversee inventory management, ordering of supplies, and control of food costs
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to provide exceptional dining experiences for guests
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Filipino cuisine

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, preferably with a focus on Filipino cuisine
- Fluent in English and Tagalog, both spoken and written
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Filipino ingredients, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. Other benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
