Office Assistant - Contract Position (Wiltz, Pakistan)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Wiltz, Pakistan. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare reports as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport is required for this position
