Indian Office Assistant in Wiltz
We are in search of a competent and reliable Indian Office Assistant to join our team in Wiltz. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the office environment and assisting with administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Keep the office clean and organized
- Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when required
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently living in Wiltz or willing to relocate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an office assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (no additional languages required)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
